  They increase the price of the phone and also include their service fee on top of a Verizon upgrade fee (which would only be the upgrade fee at a Verizon store). I was informed of this when asked to sign my receipt, and not initially. I asked for an explanation and was not given a clear answer. Their devices can be bought at a better price at other local retailers.

  I received excellent service last night from Brayam at the Superior location. It was late, near closing, yet he took his time to help me with my problem. I highly recommend this Verizon location. I am a satisfied customer.
